Chris Trickey

Having spent a few years diving in Malta, I was asked if I would like to work in the Maldives. After a full two minutes thought I replied "certainly" and "yes please".

My name is Chris and I am currently one of the dive guides on the long awaited Monsoon. I have spent the last 2 years in the Maldives and gained a lot of knowledge of the type of diving here and dived most of the dive sites around. So the opportunity of working on Monsoon and exploring a whole new area could not be missed.

My diving didn't really get going until about twelve years ago but I have done some catching up since, with a lot of travel in some great warm countries ( sorry I don't do cold).

Having made that first big dive in Turkey (I actually booked a try dive but they seemed to have forgotten) I have been mad for it ever since. Now settling in the Indian Ocean I am building up some great experiences and knowledge of the area and believe that the environment here gives some of the best overall diving around.
